Vonette is a passionate communicator, director and producer with a deep love for the performing arts and a heart for bringing people together. With 30 years of experience in theater production, entertainment, education and programs serving the most vulnerable, she has witnessed the transformative power of artistry and performance to touch hurting hearts on a deep level. As a result, Vonette has dedicated her career to inspiring audiences to find their purpose, live with compassion and use their talents for good and for God.

Her journey in the arts has been shaped by her work with leaders and artists in Hollywood and Christian entertainment, large church ministries such as Willow Creek, Saddleback, Cru and Purpose Driven, public and private education, and community organizations including Boys and Girls Clubs and the social services foster care system. Guided by her faith in Christ and a commitment to excellence as a dancer, choreographer, director, teacher, publicist, connecter and organizer, Vonette thrives in bringing creative and innovative visions to life while encouraging others discover their talents.

Harmony was born from a vision placed on Vonette’s heart over a decade ago - a calling to use the power of music and the stage to bridge divides she had experienced in her community.  Throughout years of writing and directing, Vonette witnessed firsthand how powerful performances can heal, inspire, and unify.Created to uplift and encourage one another to 

live in Harmony, ignite compassion and understanding, and find healing in our hardest relationships, the Big Show entitled "Harmony" was produced and performed by a large-scale cast of 200 students in Orange County, California. Harmony is Vonette's eighth original Big Show production, designed to reflect the God's spectacular creation and his heart for unity and transformation in the body of Christ so that others will know us by our love. 

 Today - after a period of waiting on God's timing - open doors and divine appointments have led us to a talented and passionate core team and the professional production of Harmony is becoming a reality.
